Privacy Policy
For the private email assistant that uses kittleson.net as its home page. Last updated October 26, 2026.
Who uses it
The assistant is a private tool used by one person with their own Google accounts. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.
What it accesses
With permission granted on Google's sign-in screen, it reads, searches, labels, archives, drafts and sends email in the account owner's own Gmail. It cannot trash or delete email.
Where the data goes
The tool runs only on the owner's computer, and its sign-in tokens are stored there and nowhere else. Email passes between Google's Gmail service, that computer, and the AI assistant the owner directs it from. This tool does not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models.
Google user data
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the tool's local token files removes everything it stores.
